We are a fast-growing luxury sleepwear company with a warehouse located in Richmond, VA.

The Role and Your Impact:
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to add to our team as a full-time Embroidery and Sewing Assistant to fulfill custom monogram orders. We are looking for someone with the knowledge, expertise and initiative to help us build out our current monogram capacity. This position would require overtime and possible weekends through peak. We will provide initial training on our operations, and expect you to be a self-starter and have the ability to keep multiple balls in the air at once. Our customer's satisfaction is of utmost importance, so being detail oriented and checking for quality assurance will also be key in this role. The sky's the limit for the right motivated and hardworking individual! Quality control and project management

• Exceptional quality control of product before and after production
• Able to achieve reasonable production output based on daily mix of production
• Balance multiple projects without sacrificing efficiency

What experience you need:

• Must have previous experience working in high-capacity and fast-paced production or retail roles

What will make you successful:

• Effective and regular communication with members of both the embroidery and sewing support team
• Ability to work with multiple types of fabrics and patterns
• Must be detailed oriented and meticulous
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work unsupervised

Compensation

• $16 per hour

This is a temporary position through the end of December, with potential to become permanent. If you become permanent, then you are eligible for the following:
