We are seeking a dedicated legal professional to add to our high-energy legal team in order to serve clients facing stressful family matters primarily in the Morgantown, WV area. However, this qualified applicant will likely represent clients in other areas of WV, if needed. In this position, you will be spending time in court, mediations, and helping clients through the most difficult times in their lives. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in family law hearings, mediations, and trials • Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders • Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations • Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys on case strategy • Oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines • Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel • Occasional travel required across WV Qualifications: What You Need: • Licensed to practice law in West Virginia • Excellent courtroom presence and legal writing skills • Strong communication and client relationship abilities • Confidence under pressure and compassion for people in crisis • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team About Company: Klie Law Offices, PLLC, is a growing litigation firm dedicated to guiding clients through challenging times with honest and efficient service.
