About the Role:
We’re helping a well-established electrical contractor in the Twin Cities area find an experienced Project Manager. This person will handle commercial design-build projects from estimating through completion. The right candidate will know how to lead crews, manage budgets and schedules, and keep customers happy while getting the job done right.
Responsibilities:
Estimate and manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish
Oversee design-build work per NEC and all electrical standards
Direct field teams and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors
Schedule and plan work to stay on time and on budget
Maintain communication with owners, engineers, and architects
Visit job sites as needed and ensure work meets safety and quality standards
Stay current on electrical codes, technology, and best practices
Handle customer service and problem-solving as needed
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in electrical design and/or project management
Strong knowledge of commercial or design-build electrical work
Familiar with NEC and electrical construction codes
CAD experience a plus
Experience with Accubid estimating software preferred
Solid organization and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Valid driver’s license required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
