Oncology RN/Clinical Research Nurse

Schedule:

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Hybrid: One work‑from‑home day per week after six months

We are seeking for an Oncology RN/Clinical Research Nurse to support clinical trials aimed at advancing cancer treatment. This role blends direct patient care with research responsibilities that help bring new therapies to patients who need them most.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support clinical research studies in compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Complete regulatory documentation, report Serious Adverse Events, and assist with FDA/sponsor requirements.
• Serve as a liaison among investigators, research staff, and external study partners.
• Conduct and document informed consent.
• Perform nursing assessments, provide patient care, administer treatments/medications, and coordinate ongoing care.
• Assist with specialized equipment and support discharge planning.
• Prioritize and delegate nursing tasks as appropriate.

Qualifications

Required:

• RN licensure and graduation from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Two years of clinical nursing experience
• Human Subjects Research certification within 90 days of hire

Preferred

• BSN
• Oncology or research experience
• Med/Surg or ICU experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $41.00/hr.
