About The Role

As a Branch Accounting Coordinator, you'll assist with the daily accounting functions including data entry, reconciliations, batching and importing to the system. . From transaction verification to balance sheet reconciliations, your attention to detail will help ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

What You'll Do

• Assist with daily accounting functions including data entry, reconciliations, batching and importing to accounting system.
• Support month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Coordinate with branch locations to gather necessary documentation to ensure timely submission of financial data.
• Respond to branch inquiries and provide support with accounting-related questions or issues.
• Support process improvements and help standardize procedures across branches.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and research variances.
• Collaborate with branch teams to monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Maintain accuracy in transaction processing and reporting
• Adhere to Goettl's internal accounting standards and timelines

What You Bring

• 2 years' experience in a similar role- or educational equivalent.
• A reliable and progressive work history
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and digital communication tools
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
