We're a Shark Tank India Season 4–featured Animation Studio , creating high-impact, cinematic short-form content that blends storytelling, humor, and visual brilliance.

Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled Blender Animator with a strong eye for facial animation, lighting, FX, and rendering to work on stylized content inspired by Zack D Films & Fern Style .

This is a fully remote role where you'll collaborate closely with our creative team to bring characters and stories to life.

What You'll Do

• Animate expressive characters (facial expressions + body language)
• Handle camera animation , cinematic shots, and scene composition
• Design and implement lighting setups for mood, depth, and realism
• Optimize Blender files for fast, efficient rendering
• Work on FX, textures, and post-production polish
• Follow animation briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction
• Deliver high-quality output with minimal revisions

Assets, rigging, and (in some cases) complex animation shots will be provided
Training may be provided for selected candidates

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Blender
• Excellent understanding of lighting control & lighting design
• Good command over character & facial animation
• Experience with FX, textures, and rendering workflows
• Ability to optimize scenes for quick turnaround
• Sharp creative eye and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Compensation Structure

During Probation (Per-Video Basis)

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per video + bonus
• Ideal for showcasing speed, quality, and consistency
• No fixed monthly salary during this phase

Post-Conversion (Full-Time)

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
• Based on skillset, output quality, and turnaround time

Performance Bonuses (POST CONVERSION)

• Up to ₹10,000/month
• For high-quality output and fewer revisions
