Our client is a growing investment advisory firm seeking a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join their corporate finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in financial analysis and reporting.

You'll work alongside senior analysts to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while gaining exposure to strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process with data collection and analysis
• Build and maintain financial models in Excel
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key business trends
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close procedures
• Research industry benchmarks and competitive landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in finance or accounting (internships count)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with financial statements and accounting principles
