ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and welding requirements.Perform welding operations using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred.Proven experience as a Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Familiarity with welding equipment and tools, including safety gear.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.Welding certification is a plus.
