Job Description

Salary: $48,060 - 67,600 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
• Experience in a high-paced environment, analyzing large data sets, and managing competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., using SUM function, sort/filter, IF, VLOOKUP functions, Pivot tables)
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., formatting, inserting headers, outlines/bullets, page breaks, pictures and charts)
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook (e.g., creating folders, categories, utilizing calendar, coordinating meetings)
• Advanced time management capabilities to ensure daily tasks, discrepancies, and projects meet specified SLAs
• Experience in building and nurturing relationships within and between teams/vendors
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and complex formulas
• Familiarity with SAP and/or Zendesk

• Manage item creation, ongoing maintenance, discontinuation, and reactivation processes
• Coordinate vendor integrations, analyze daily discrepancy reports, and examine vendor files and communications for necessary updates
• Ensure compliance with distribution agreements, assist in effective date negotiations for uncovered situations, and provide formal recommendations to Vendor Relations for future improvements
• Review divisional reports and system data to detect product excess and negotiate restocking fees to minimize losses
• Analyze portfolio performance and propose process enhancements to management for operational impact
• Monitor shared mailboxes, responding to requests in a timely manner
• Submit designated files and/or projects to management, vendors, and/or internal teams within given timelines
• Cultivate strong working relationships with various departments, including Vendor Relations, Vendor Representatives, Quality, Finance A/P, Chargebacks, Contracts, and Inventory Management
