As a key advocate, you will:
Represent clients in administrative hearings and due process cases
Collaborate with educators and professionals to shape effective IEPs
Conduct legal research and prepare case documents
Empower families by protecting and advancing their rights
What We’re Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice law in NY
Experience in special education law (preferred)
Strong advocacy, communication, and problem-solving skills
