Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect cloud-based solutions using the AWS technology stack.
  • Lead cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from on-premises to cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement best practices for cloud architecture, security, and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest AWS services and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior architects and developers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of professional experience in cloud migration and solution architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC).
  • Experience with cloud migration strategies and tools.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, networking, and storage solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Seattle, WA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
