Were looking for a highly experienced Site Civil Engineer to lead and grow our civil site practice in Charleston, SC. This is a leadership role where youll drive strategy, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the success of site development projects.
What youll do:
- Lead the site civil practice and manage project teams
- Oversee design, permitting, and project delivery
- Mentor and develop junior staff
- Build and maintain client relationships; pursue new business opportunities
- Manage department budgets and resource allocation
- Contribute to proposals and serve as technical expert
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of experience in site civil engineering
- Strong project management and business development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
