About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Product & Pricing Systems Manager to take ownership of our product master data and pricing integrity across the organization. This is a high-impact, senior-level role responsible for ensuring our product files, pricing structures, and inter-company data flows are accurate, consistent, and reliable. This is not just a clerical role. It’s ideal for someone who knows Epicor Eclipse Solar inside and out, understands how plumbing supply product data works in the real world, and takes pride in getting the details right because they know the downstream impact on sales, margins, and customer trust. You’ll also lead and support a small team assisting with these functions, acting as the go-to expert for product file accuracy and pricing logic. Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product pricing across Epicor Eclipse Solar, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with pricing strategy
• Create, load, and manage new part numbers as needed, including proper attributes, vendor associations, and pricing logic
• Create and maintain product sell groups, pricing groups, and related structures within Eclipse
• Resolve discrepancies related to inter-company transfers, pricing mismatches, and product data issues
• Oversee and support staff assisting with product file and pricing maintenance, ensuring work quality and accountability
• Audit and troubleshoot product and pricing data issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Partner with purchasing, sales, and finance teams to support accurate pricing and product setup
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and E-term to analyze data, support uploads, and manage exceptions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Epicor Eclipse Solar experience (required) and deep familiarity with product files, pricing, and sell groups
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, formulas, data validation, etc.)
• Experience using E-term or similar terminal-based systems
• Background in plumbing supply, PVF, or wholesale distribution strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage or guide others in a data-driven environment
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instincts
• Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls that impact the business
