How will you make an impact in this role

The newly created first line of defense Financial Crimes Risk & Controls center of excellence will provide a holistic enterprise-wide approach to our financial crimes risk management (FCRM) activities and will reside within Global Servicing.

This team will be responsible for establishing a robust control foundation for first line of defense FCRM activities across the company globally including anti-money laundering sanctions payments controls and anti-corruption. The team will partner closely with Technology to develop and deploy next generation capabilities that address key gaps and strengthen the first lines ability to detect and prevent financial crimes across our lines of business. The team will work in coordination with the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) team within the Global Risk & Compliance organization.

Role Description:

The 1LOD Financial Crime Risks and Controls Team within Global Servicing is looking to recruit a Manager/Senior Manager Financial Crimes Analytics. This role will be responsible for leveraging analytics to identify emerging risk in our portfolio related to financial crimes leading to creation processes and strategies for effective management of financial crimes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial crime risk data analytics to support the transformation as well as BAU risk management strategy
• Build a consistent set of toolkit to monitor and measure overall health of financial crime program across customer lifecycle
• Engage key stakeholders including Technologies Capabilities Servicing and Business teams to ensure alignment understanding and support for managing the processes to service and resolve FC concern cases.
• Partner with 1LOD teams to build financial crimes business monitoring program
• Build and lead a highly performing team of 2-3 Analyst/ Sr. Analysts.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in risk management or analytics
• Ability to provide structure in ambiguity excel in a dynamic and complex environment and deliver under tight deadlines
• Proven track record in delivering high quality analytical results and initiative.
• Strong ability to influence partners and stakeholders
• Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail
• Exceptional drive and commitment; ability to work and thrive in in fast changing results driven environment; and proven ability in handling competing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate between various technical and non-technical audiences

Salary Range: $103750.00 to $174750.00 annually bonus benefits
