Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full stack development using C#, .NET, and related technologies .
• Design and implement CIP solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with business, compliance, and architecture teams to define technical solutions.
• Implement and manage BPM systems ( Camunda, Pega, Appian, Bizagi ).
• Oversee code quality, delivery schedules, and release management .
• Mentor and guide junior developers in technical tasks.
• Ensure adherence to KYC/AML compliance and industry standards .
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and production support .
• Collaborate in an Agile environment .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12 15+ years of experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer .
• Strong background in Financial Services / Banking / Capital Markets .
• Hands-on experience with KYC/AML solutions.
• Expertise with BPM platforms (Camunda, Pega, Appian, or Bizagi) .
• Excellent communication (8/10 or higher) and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with web services, APIs, and database design .
• Leadership or team management experience.

Nice-to-Have:

• Core Java knowledge.
• Cloud experience ( Azure, AWS, or GCP ).
• Understanding of microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) .

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be local to NYC/NJ area and able to commute 3 days a week .
• Must provide a State-issued ID (no utility bills).
• LinkedIn profile required.
• Long-term projects and stable career history preferred.
