About the company

Cargado, the first invite-only load board for cross-border Mexico freight, launched in April 2024 by freight industry veterans Matt Silver and Rylan Hawkins. About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic Revenue Operations Manager to support our Head of GTM and our wider sales team in our ambitious growth strategy. 

What You’ll Do

  • Own Hubspot CRM 

  • Optimize sales tech stack and enablement processes

  • Help create forecasting process 

  • Enhance reporting, dashboards and automations

  • Measure and Improve various GTM metrics like close rate, sales cycle, and more

About You

  • 5+ years of Revenue/Sales Operations role in a growth stage B2B enterprise tech company

  • Preferably, experience building foundational processes at an early stage company 

  • Hubspot expertise required including reporting and dashboard building

  • Proven success strategizing with a GTM leader to unlock revenue potential through operations and data

Compensation

$100K – $125K • Offers Equity
