Project Manager - Production Home Builder

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in production home building? We're seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from start to finish-on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What You'll Do as a Project Manager:

Manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to final handoff.

Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and budgets across multiple job sites.

Collaborate with superintendents, purchasing, and vendors to maintain timelines and control costs.

Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and client expectations.

What We're Looking For:

Production Home Building Experience : Minimum 3 years managing high-volume residential projects.

Strong Leadership : Proven ability to lead field teams and drive results across multiple builds.

Organizational Skills : Adept at managing schedules, budgets, and documentation efficiently.
