About the Role:
As a Quality Control Supervisor with Pavestone, you are responsible for:
- Oversight of the Quality Control Team
- Testing Fresh Concrete Blocks (including their height, density, and moisture content)
- Conducting Quality Audits of Finished Goods (in plant, yard, and reseller locations)
- Logging/Filing and Reporting Data
- Training Staff on Safety Procedures
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good Organizational and Communication Skills
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Strong Analytical Problem-Solving Skills
- (We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience for Quality Control in an Industrial environment and 2 years of supervisory experience!)
