About the Role:

As a Quality Control Supervisor with Pavestone,  you are responsible for:

• Oversight of the Quality Control Team
• Testing Fresh Concrete Blocks (including their height, density, and moisture content)
• Conducting Quality Audits of Finished Goods (in plant, yard, and reseller locations)
• Logging/Filing and Reporting Data
• Training Staff on Safety Procedures

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good Organizational and Communication Skills
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Strong Analytical Problem-Solving Skills
• (We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience for Quality Control in an Industrial environment and 2 years of supervisory experience!)
