Pay: $20/hour - Increases to $28/hour upon conversion to a direct position with the company
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Glass Inspector to support an onsite vendor inside the Subaru facility. This role focuses on visual inspection and quality verification of glass components to ensure they meet established quality standards.
This is a part-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity with strong potential to convert to full-time for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on-site at Subaru’s facility to support supplier-related quality activities
Partner closely with Quality Engineers (QEs) to address daily manufacturing and quality issues
Communicate directly with suppliers to resolve concerns impacting production
Assist with identifying, tracking, and supporting corrective actions
Help facilitate timely issue resolution to minimize disruptions to the manufacturing process
Maintain clear documentation and communication regarding ongoing issues
Requirements:
Experience in manufacturing, quality, or supplier support preferred
Strong attention to detail, previous quality experience preferred
Comfortable standing and walking during shifts
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Candidates are encouraged to have access to their own laptop to support day-to-day communication and documentation needs.
