Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• Proven strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.
• Experience with measurement tools, such as micrometers, calipers, tape measures, pin gauges, feeler gauges, measurement probes, and optical comparators is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• I will support the initiation and oversight of quality management system processes, which include ISO & CE certifications as well as standard operating procedures.
• I will assist engineering efforts by analyzing, identifying, and resolving production line issues to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• I will act as a resource for internal departments to address issues related to incoming parts and develop corrective measures.
• I will organize and schedule quality audits, manage supporting documentation, and communicate the results effectively.
• I will monitor continuous improvement testing initiatives and coordinate root cause analysis for product failures.
• I will contribute to Research and Development efforts to resolve any concerns with existing products.
• I will analyze production data to identify areas ripe for improvement.
• I will devise strategies that aim to reduce the number of field service calls.
• I will investigate quality issues to uncover root causes.
• I will ensure that quality problems do not leave the facility.
