Region: Shanghai Description: ,• Own management of all projects in a capable work stream to effect or enhance workforce management • Create manage and monitor CRM (Customer Relations Manager) with outsourced IT & Operations team • Must be able to follow, and at times present and inspire project vision and direction • Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet requirements through the • utilization of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing processes• Be comfortable of Ecommerce operations and management• Project work may include performance management, documentations management, workforce management, general reporting, operational execution The ideal staff member must have,• 3+ years experience with PM,fluent in English and Chinese.• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the understanding of what it takes to work for a start up company.• Technical familiarity and experience with back end technologies and reporting architectures.• Ability to develop systems and processes from the ground up that provide structure and discipline• Experience guiding and supporting a diverse team of talent towards achieving a mutual goal• Advanced analytical skills, cross-channel attribution and in-depth database segmentation experience are very essential(very organized with our target)• Strong Excel and data query skills• Superb presentation skills to communicate key insights from deep data analysis• Excellent project management skills including the ability to motivate others• Keen understanding of OCC target audience. Fashionable and Urban • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment• Should be an experiences system /industrial engineer.
