Job Description:
Lead the coordination of two key digital transformation workstreams focused on customer-facing applications and internal asset management systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage Online Design Studio and Product Information Management (PIM) system projects
Partner with leads to ensure progress, alignment, and delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, design, IT)
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Maintain project governance without overcomplication
Ensure readiness for the October 20th program rollout
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Experience managing enterprise-level, customer-facing web applications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, lightly documented environments
Strong PM fundamentals: planning, tracking, risk/issue management
Cross-functional leadership across marketing, IT, product, and creative
Nice-to-Haves:
Knowledge of PIM/DAM systems (e.g., SiteCore)
Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Azure DevOps, or Workfront
Exposure to generative AI for creative workflows
Experience in Fortune 500 or similar enterprise environments
PMP certification
