Title: Project Coordinator
Location: San Antonio
Telework Policy: 90% remote with possibility of client sites from time-to-time
Duration: 8 to 12 months, possibly longer

- Complex spreadsheets
- Data analysis
- Financial reports
- Reporting to executives
Skills Preferred - Sharepoint and/or ServiceNow
- CRM systems
- Education systems background
Duties: Assist with the development, refinement and documentation of department:
- Provide project support
- Assist the team with process documentation and setup
- Support process improvement
- Data automation
- Modify project tracking system
- Assist the Financial Analysis
- Assist with automated Reports for Management and Stakeholders
- Support Human Resources transactions
- Process review and documentation for team and management
- Assist development, modification, and documentation of operations
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist with Internal controls
- Assist with form development
- Assist with ServiceNow management
- Assist with file migration utilizing SharePoint and ServiceNow
