Product Manager Intern - Low-Code Application Development - Summer 2026 Job Category: Internships Location: US - Massachusetts - Waltham **Before You Apply:** **This position is ineligible for sponsorship.** **Picture Yourself at Pega:** As a Product Manager Intern at Pega, you'll help shape the future of low-code application development by contributing to the evolution of key Pega products including Pega **Blueprint** and Pega **App Studio** . This internship is designed for undergraduate students eager to explore product strategy, user experience, and agile development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **What You'll Do at Pega:** You'll work alongside product managers, engineers, and designers to define features, gather feedback, and improve the tools that empower business users and developers to build applications with minimal coding. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features for Blueprint and App Studio. + Assist in user research and usability testing to understand how developers and business analysts use low-code tools. + Contribute to product requirement documents, mockups, and feature specifications. + Participate in sprint planning, standups, and product demos. + Help document best practices and onboarding guides for new users of Blueprint and App Studio. **Who You Are:** + Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field. + Strong interest in product management and software development. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Analytical mindset with attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Pega Offers You:** + Hands-on experience with industry-leading low-code platforms. + Exposure to real-world product development cycles. + Mentorship from experienced product leaders. + Opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects used by global enterprises. + Professional development seminars and meet & greets with Pega's CEO and Founder, and Executive Leadership Team through our "Coffee Break Series"Participation in Pega and intern specific events such as social events, volunteer opportunities, group projects, team outings. + Potential for full-time offer. + Structured manager and mentor program. + Competitive salary and perks. **Additonal Information:** The pay range for this role is **$32.00- $37.00 per hour** . Final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions, and may vary from the posted range.
