Primary Care Physician – Staten Island, NY

She Recruits is partnering with a long-standing, community-focused health organization in Staten Island, NY to bring on a dedicated Primary Care Physician . This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $170K – $190K annually

• Full-time, outpatient (4–5 days per week, 40 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel in alignment with best practice standards.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, review medical histories, and maintain accurate electronic medical records.

• Manage and coordinate medical care for scheduled, walk-in, and referred patients.

• Collaborate closely with the care team, participating in daily huddles and case discussions.

• Engage in ongoing care planning for high-risk patients and provide appropriate referrals when needed.

• Ensure timely follow-up on abnormal test results or exam findings.

• Foster cultural sensitivity and patient-centered practices in all aspects of care.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution

• Active New York medical license and registration

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care specialty

• BLS certification required
