Job Details:

• Position: Food Supervisor 
• Employer: Sodexo at United Club -Airport Lounge.
• Location: Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU).
• Schedule: Must have open availability.
• Rate: $22/hr
• Status: Full-Time.

Requirements:

• Food service supervisory experience required.
• Must be able to pass a TSA background check.
• Must be available for weekends & holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day lounge food service operations.
• Lead and support a team of food service employees.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (Sodexo HACCP policies).
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and training staff.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
• Promote a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Perform operational tasks while supervising employees.
• Support management with inventory, food presentation, and service quality.

Experience & Skills Needed:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in food service or hospitality.
• Professional demeanor, strong leadership, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-traffic environment.
• Basic computer skills.
