Job Details:
- Position: Food Supervisor
- Employer: Sodexo at United Club -Airport Lounge.
- Location: Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU).
- Schedule: Must have open availability.
- Rate: $22/hr
- Status: Full-Time.
Requirements:
- Food service supervisory experience required.
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check.
- Must be available for weekends & holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day lounge food service operations.
- Lead and support a team of food service employees.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (Sodexo HACCP policies).
- Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and training staff.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
- Promote a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Perform operational tasks while supervising employees.
- Support management with inventory, food presentation, and service quality.

Experience & Skills Needed:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Supervisory experience in food service or hospitality.
- Professional demeanor, strong leadership, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working on your feet for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-traffic environment.
- Basic computer skills.
