Description
A Pega Business Analyst, primarily focuses on translating business needs into technical solutions within the Pega platform. For example, the Member Communication Orchestration Analyst I role involves:
Providing business and technical advice to partners in defining innovative communication decisioning solutions using Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub).
Translating business ideas and marketing campaign requirements into user stories, interaction strategies, and engagement policies.
Supporting communication orchestration across various channels integrated with Pega.
Running simulations and analyzing next best action strategies to estimate business impact and ensure expected outcomes.
Collaborating with data science teams and leveraging tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for analysis.
Working within an Agile SCRUM environment.
Process Automation and a "citizen development" program that leverages the Pega Platform to empower business users to build low-code applications.
Process and Task Mining to drive continuous improvement and shape their automation roadmap.
Ensuring regulatory compliance, such as the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), through automated Pega-powered systems
