Client serving the East Valley is looking for a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will share our vision of providing personalized, comprehensive care to children from infancy through young adulthood.
Job Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform thorough physical examinations and developmental screenings
Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses and conditions
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our physicians
Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease prevention
Participate in care coordination with other healthcare providers and community resources
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts
Qualifications: REQUIREMENTS
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies with PNP specialization
Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Board certification as a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) or PA
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric primary care
Excellent communication skills to build trust with patients and families
Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
Experience with electronic medical records
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00
