Marketing Manager Location: Hybrid In-Person/Remote – Temple, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $55,000 to $65,000 per year

We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll independently manage marketing strategies within your assigned region and bring our communities to life through smart campaigns, brand consistency, and exceptional execution. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-impact initiatives that drive traffic, generate leads, and strengthen our brand presence.
What You Will Do - Partner with the Director of Marketing to execute corporate and regional marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales leaders to develop community-specific marketing plans.
- Manage community signage, collateral, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute events — from grand openings to model home launches.
- Track and analyze marketing performance to assess ROI and effectiveness.
- Research market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Support sales teams with presentations, digital tools, and campaigns that drive results.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
What You Will Bring - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or content creation.
- Experience in real estate or new home construction (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel.
