Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager serves as a player-coach responsible for leading messaging and outreach strategies across all channels. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, partnering closely with the Digital Designer to deliver consistent, compelling campaigns. The Marketing Manager ensures brand alignment, drives awareness, and supports growth initiatives through effective marketing and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage content for social media, email campaigns, partner communications, and community outreach
Translate company services into compelling messages for families, school districts, providers, and community partners
Coordinate with the Digital Designer to ensure visual and written content are aligned and campaign-ready
Maintain and execute the campaign calendar across all channels
Analyze engagement data and adjust campaigns to improve results
Manage collateral, talking points, and marketing support for business development and clinic teams
Coordinate marketing needs for events, conferences, and school district partnerships
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with demonstrated campaign management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive content for multiple audiences
Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics dashboards
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare or pediatric marketing
Supervisory experience
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Hybrid office/remote environment with clinic visits and community-facing responsibilities
Ability to lift at least 20 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and visual acuity
Schedule:
Full-time, standard business hours with occasional evenings/weekends for events
