Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support two critical workstreams within the Creators Marketing organization: paid media and creator education . This role requires a blend of strategic marketing expertise and hands-on execution, with responsibilities ranging from content strategy to managing cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution, with proven ability to manage timelines, agencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead strategy and execution for Creator University , the Amazon Creator program's education hub.
Develop and manage content strategy, including creation, development, and deployment.
Oversee design and UX agency deliverables, providing creative direction, feedback, and timeline management.
Build and refine targeting and gating strategies for personalized education experiences.
Partner with product teams to integrate AI-powered solutions into education management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
