job summary:

Manufacturing Engineer needed for a temp to direct hire role in the Lebanon area of New Hampshire! This key role will involve coordinating the conception, engineering, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes to support specialized components for the aerospace industry.

The right candidate for this role will have a BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering with the ability to coordinate the implementation of continuous improvement projects. This person will have experience with facility improvement and have the ability to integrate and implement new technology to a large manufacturing floor. This role is responsible for assuring that production processes are capable of producing products within current and future specifications. Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to share engineering expertise and direction.

Integration and implementation of new manufacturing technology

Providing future technical direction to plant management

Assure production processes are capable of producing products within current and future specifications

Requirements

• BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering along with 8 years related experience with implementation of new manufacturing technology and processes

Working knowledge of large manufacturing operations, aerospace preferred

Working knowledge using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,) SAP, CAD, and Siemens NX preferred

Proven project management, problem solving and leadership skills as outlined in this role

Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to train others
