Position: Inpatient Urology Physician Assistant (Memorial Hospital of Carbondale & Herrin Hospital Locations)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
We’re seeking a highly organized and dependable healthcare professional to join our team, serving both Carbondale and Herrin hospitals. This role requires exceptional time management and the ability to coordinate responsibilities across two dynamic clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consistent, high-quality care and support across both hospital locations
• Prioritize daily tasks and manage time effectively to meet patient and team needs
• Coordinate schedules, documentation, and communication between sites
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
• Utilize digital tools to streamline workflows and stay connected with multidisciplinary teams
