Cowboy Coating is a fast-growing luxury detail shop in Mooresville, North Carolina, specializing in ceramic coating, multi-stage paint correction, and premium auto detailing services. We’re looking to expand our team with a skilled, experienced In-Shop Detailer who can deliver showroom-quality results to our clients’ vehicles.

What We’re Looking For:

Multiple years of professional detailing experience (required).
Advanced knowledge of paint correction processes (2–4 stage).
Skilled in ceramic coating application (vehicles, wheels, glass, interiors).
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow with a high-end shop.

Responsibilities:

Perform full interior and exterior detailing at a luxury standard.
Execute paint decontamination and correction to restore vehicles.
Apply ceramic coatings with precision and care.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate professionally with the team and clients.
