Hayes Center Public Schools has a High School Secretary position open for the 2026-27 school year. Skills needed to be successful include excellent communication skills, ability to operate office equipment, including computer, scanner and copier. The secretary will also assist the Office Manager with bookkeeping and daily duties, such as answering the phone, assisting staff, students and the public, tracking student attendance, assisting the AD, managing student and district records and many other duties as assigned.
