Job Description

This position requires heavy physical duties on a variety of tasks which are generally semi-skilled in nature. 

Key Activities:  

• Assist carpenters, craft workers, operators, etc.
• Clean, sweep, remove trash and debris from construction work areas
• Assist with erecting and disassembling scaffolding and other temporary structures
• Demolition
• Load, unload, identify, and distribute building materials to the appropriate locations
• Various types of hand work such as shovels, picks, rakes, etc.
• Operate a variety of small equipment including; jackhammers, earth tampers, concrete mixers, small mechanical hoists, etc.
• Miscellaneous duties as required.
