This position requires heavy physical duties on a variety of tasks which are generally semi-skilled in nature.

Key Activities:

Assist carpenters, craft workers, operators, etc.
Clean, sweep, remove trash and debris from construction work areas
Assist with erecting and disassembling scaffolding and other temporary structures
Demolition
Load, unload, identify, and distribute building materials to the appropriate locations
Various types of hand work such as shovels, picks, rakes, etc.
Operate a variety of small equipment including; jackhammers, earth tampers, concrete mixers, small mechanical hoists, etc.
Miscellaneous duties as required.
