Laborer – Bunnell, FL
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary

We are currently hiring dependable and hard-working Laborers for a project in Bunnell, FL. This role is physically demanding and requires individuals who can thrive in an outdoor, team-oriented, and safety-focused environment.
Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
Perform digging, refilling, and other basic site tasks
Assist with site upkeep (mowing, trimming, and general maintenance)
Operate site equipment as directed
Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
Support the team with additional duties as assigned
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and dusty/dirty environments
Steel-toe boots are required (6-inch, lace-up, ankle-high)
Daily attire: long-sleeved shirts and dark-colored work pants (black or navy, durable and professional)
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Provided by A & Associates: hi-visibility vests, safety glasses, hats, gloves
Outdoor setting with exposure to dirt, dust, noise, and weather conditions
Regular lifting, bending, and carrying of materials
