General Laborer

Full-Time | 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday

Pay: $19/hr

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support our manufacturing operations, including electrical assembly, custom fabrication, and packaging . This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical and mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies.
• Support custom fabrication processes such as cutting, drilling, bending, and basic machine operation.
• Package finished products according to work instructions and customer specifications.
• Perform material handling tasks, including moving parts, staging materials, and preparing shipments.
• Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and supervisor direction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Support continuous improvement and production goals as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn multiple processes and cross-train.
