Join our Payments Product Control team and provide support to the financial controllers and trading desks to ensure that the profit & loss, balance sheet, and month-end close procedures are done correctly and accurately. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to numerous teams and products across the firm.

As a Finance & Business Management Associate in the Payments Product Control team, you will collaborate with diverse teams and gain exposure to a wide range of financial products. Your work will help shape robust controls and support new business initiatives. Be a key contributor to our financial success.

Job responsibilities

• Assist with daily profit & loss reporting and month-end close processes
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management
• Partner with the business to bring forth and implement robust controls and new business initiatives
• Coordinate across various front and back office support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner
• Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control
• Handle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• At least 3 years within Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area
• Experience doing profit & loss and month-end close process
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
• Solid understanding of financial products
• Foundational analytical skills and attention to detail including an advanced control focus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop dynamic working relationships.
