OLINDA will bring a fresh, stylish dining experience to the community, featuring a modern menu of shareable plates, chef-inspired entrées, and artfully crafted cocktails. Designed to be both lively and inviting, OLINDA will offer a chic casual atmosphere that blends contemporary design with the warmth and hospitality guests have come to expect from Gervasi Destinations.
OLINDA is our toast to the beauty of gathering. Named in honor of Gervasi matriarch Linda Swaldo, the name is derived from the Portuguese translation “Oh, Beautiful.” It reflects both the elegance of the space and the warmth of the experience. Stylish yet personal, OLINDA speaks to a celebration of togetherness while serving as a meaningful tribute to family.

The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for the preparation and production of all food for all regular dining and events hosted in outlet while working kitchen support management shifts. Directly support Outlet Executive Chef, including but not limited to; ordering, training, operational process controls/specs, cost management, and quality control.
