Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a variety of events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating details, working in a dynamic environment, and ensuring every event runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish.

• Support the Events Manager in vendor management, scheduling, and logistics.

• Prepare and maintain event documentation, timelines, and checklists.

• Coordinate on-site event activities, ensuring smooth operations.

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

• Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
