We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a variety of events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating details, working in a dynamic environment, and ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish.
Support the Events Manager in vendor management, scheduling, and logistics.
Prepare and maintain event documentation, timelines, and checklists.
Coordinate on-site event activities, ensuring smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable with event coordination tasks, including planning and logistics.
Competitive salary: $46,000 – $49,000 per year
