Greet customers, answer questions, and provide information about client programs during events.
Support sales-focused outreach efforts by engaging attendees and directing them through event activities.
Monitor event flow and communicate needs or issues to the event lead.
Collect customer feedback and help track engagement metrics.
Provide general operational assistance to the events and client service teams.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Professional, positive, and friendly attitude.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).
