Job Title: CAD Designer
Job Description
Join our team department as a CAD Designer, where you will play a crucial role in creating lease exhibits, zoning drawings, and construction drawings with a focus on Civil, Electrical, and Structural. Projects will mainly be telecom or EV charging stations. Most of the work will be done in AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
Complete drawings based on client requirements, field sketches, photos, and internet map images.
Conduct peer reviews of other designers' drawings as part of a quality control process.
Address drawing comments based on redlines from clients, project managers, engineers, and peer reviews.
Maintain files and materials in an orderly manner following company standards.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Skills & Qualifications
Certification or Associate's degree in CAD Design is preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD required.
Knowledge of Civil, Steel, or Electrical CAD design is a plus.
Open to candidates from various backgrounds for an entry-level drafter role.
Work Environment
The position is based in a Kansas City office within a cubical environment. The company culture emphasizes teamwork and collaboration in a structured setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
