We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both recruiting and employer branding. This role goes beyond filling requisitions—it’s about shaping how candidates experience O-I. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for North America while leveraging your creativity to build compelling content that amplifies our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $75 K & $90 K . Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
