Job Overview:
As a Device Repair Technician, you will play a key role in supporting customers by providing technical repair and diagnostic services for a variety of devices covered under a Device Insurance program. These devices may include Windows and Apple laptops, iPads, Kindles, and other tablets commonly used in educational settings.
You’ll deliver efficient repairs, communicate clearly with customers, ensure devices are returned quickly and in full working condition, and perform other duties as assigned. If you’re passionate about technology, skilled in troubleshooting, and ready to make a meaningful impact, this role is for you.
