We are seeking a dynamic Dental Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions for the hardware and software of the dental office. Knowledge of integration of dental hardware equipment with software components. Must be able to come into the office. Be aligned with our core functions to develop the software needed for dental application. be able to test prototype and beta test it as well.
Duties:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch new products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development processes.
- Communicate product updates and releases to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Be able to software program applications for dental.
Skills:
- Proficiency in product management practices.
- Experience working with SaaS products and IT infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills to drive teams toward common goals.
- Knowledge of APIs and project management software.

- Familiarity with sales strategies in a product context.

- Proven track record of guiding high-performance software teams, with a focus on optimizing operations, best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Adept at navigating multidisciplinary technical environments to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges.
- Capable of seamlessly transitioning between in-depth technical problem-solving and strategic planning.
