Buffalo Family Dentistry is a well-established private dental practice serving families in the Buffalo area for over 30 years. We are dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment. Our team values professionalism, compassion, and teamwork, and we are looking for an outgoing, bubbly, positive Dental Receptionist to join us part-time to help care for our growing patient base. We make working fun with perks like coffee, catered lunches, team outings and travel to CE.

Job Details:

• Position: Part-Time Dental Receptionist
• Schedule: Mondays: 7:45am-5pm; Tuesdays: 7:45am-5pm; Fridays: 7:45am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments.
• Fill daily schedule as needed.
• Contact patients regarding recall appointments.
• Provide excellent patient care and ensure a comfortable experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Obtain accurate patient insurance breakdowns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 yr dental office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A warm, friendly demeanor and a passion for patient care.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus, not required.
