Job title : Front Desk Receptionist - IMMEDIATE JOINING
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients who has Dental knowledge (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities :
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of the dental team’s time.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and managing patient records.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with managing dental supplies and office inventory.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling patient forms.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role is essential.
- A strong background in hospitality management is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in guest services and customer service is necessary
Preferred:
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance processes.
Skills :
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in handling Dentrix.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a similar environment is preferred.
- Pay is based on Experience.
