Job Summary :

We are looking for an empathetic and articulate Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality experience with our firm. You will work closely with our consultants to ensure client needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot client issues and escalate complex requests to the appropriate consultants or managers.
• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Requirements :

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (professional tone is a must).
• Comfortable using remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Email).
• Experience with CRM software or helpdesk platforms is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
