Job Description

McGrew Construction Services is a full-service, veteran-owned general contracting company delivering exceptional results across the commercial, industrial, and public sectors.

What You'll Do

• Assist with site prep, demolition, material handling, and cleanup.
• Operate basic hand/power tools and follow directions from site leads.
• Load/unload materials; maintain a clean, safe jobsite.
• Support carpentry, concrete, roofing, and utility tasks, as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.

Must-Haves

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Resume and professional references.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and may be subject to random testing as required by company safety policy and/or federal regulations.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior construction or field office experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, safety compliance, and construction documentation.
